My grandma was my very best friend. When she got too old to take care of herself, I moved in with her. I was blessed to have been able to have spent the last few years of her life with her. I cooked and cleaned, and we laughed a lot! We'd have tea at noon with a little piece of cake and again at three. I miss those days. I had great conversations and it was great being there for her. Companionship is so important for everyone, but especially as you're getting older. If you need someone to come and take care of your parents or if you would like me to come and meet you because you're the person in need, I would love to be a service to you.
