Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is important and rewarding me. As a Certified Home Health Aide with nine years experience, BLS, and CPR Training, I offer professional, detail-oriented support ranging from mobility assistance and meal preparation to dementia and wound care. I pride myself on being patient and calm, especially when navigating memory care challenges or adapting to unexpected changes in routine. I maintain open communication with families through regular updates via text or written daily reports. Because I believe that respecting a senior's autonomy is essential, I focus on empowering those I serve while handling daily tasks with care.
