About Molly

Hi! I've spent over 15 years caring for children of all ages. Growing up in a big, close-knit family is where my love for working with kids truly began. I started babysitting my cousins, nieces, and nephews at a young age, and since then I've had the joy of supporting many other families as well. Beyond babysitting, I've worked in several childcare centers, coached youth ski racing, supported teens in a wilderness therapy program, and have spent many hours in elementary schools as a substitute teacher. Each experience has deepened my passion for helping kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I graduated from Plymouth State University with a bachelor's degree in Childhood Studies, and I love bringing both my education and real-world experience into the care I provide. I'm patient, reliable, and truly enjoy creating meaningful connections with the children and families I work with.
