About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly, a dedicated and nurturing nanny based in Kansas City with a background in early childhood education and psychology. I've worked with children of all ages--from preschool classrooms to private nannying--and I truly love creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can grow and feel supported. I'm very hands-on and intentional, whether that looks like planning creative activities, helping with schoolwork, or getting out of the house for fun outings. I also value building strong relationships with both kids and parents keeping communication at the forefront of everything I do. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, intuitive, and kind I started working with kids when I was 16, over 10 years ago! In my spare time, I like to workout, read the Bible and spend time outside.
