About Molly

Hello! My name is Molly and I am so excited to meet your family. With over 10 years of experience through the years taking care of children since I was a teenager, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth. As a clinical social worker and with a background in psychology, I bring a unique understanding of child development to my care. My approach is creative and personable; I love to encourage each child's personality through imaginative play, arts, crafts, and sports. I am highly attuned to children's needs and enjoy meeting them where they are at. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ages 1-11, and happy to help with light housekeeping. I communicate with parents at pickup, and I follow your preferred communication method. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and my priority is always creating a safe and fun environment where your children can thrive. I would be honored to take care of your family!
