About Molly

Hi! My name is Molly and I am a registered nurse! With 2 years of experience as a nurse in senior care, I'm passionate about supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence. I also have experience working with adults with special needs. Making a positive difference in people's lives is my calling. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I am comfortable with pets and offer transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
