I am a hard worker, a kind, honest, hospitable person. I spent many years in the hustle and bustle of being a GM for Pappas Restaurants.
I retired a few years ago at 48 and now just looking for something to fill my time. 
I have been cleaning houses for quite some time I clean everything from mansions to 1bedroom apartments. Whatever your needs are! 
I have cleaned and organized junk rooms, deep cleaned, scrubbed floors, dishes, bathrooms, dusted, cleaned baseboards and wiped walls. I would not mind stripping bedding, but I don't make beds properly! 
I am quite fit. I have put 100ks and marathons behind me, and I still run about 35 miles a week. 
I have a passion for working out, cooking and staining furniture.

Molly is a loving, caring person. She took excellent care of my good friend to the very end  I would greatly recommend her for any job. We fell in love with her.

Molly is an extremely competent nanny. She works with the children to teach them developmentally appropriate skills. She is honest, dependable, and a pleasure to have in your home.  She takes a special interest in each child under her care, and gives them love, and the best of Care.

Nanny to my granddaughter until she started Kindergarten.   She taught my granddaughter how to read, know her colors and do simple addition and subtraction.  My granddaughter loves her, but Kindergarten got here.

I hired Molly with a clear description of needs as far as tasks (childcare, housekeeping) and hours (early, I’m in healthcare).  I explained that we hoped for someone long term who would become part of our family.  I left her a list of tasks that I'd like done along with a list of my daughter's preferences, to help her acclimate.  
She worked for me for less than two months, and even on the last day she didn't seem to understand how to care for a toddler; She constantly texted me at work asking what to do for my daughter.  She often denied knowing how to do simple housekeeping tasks, and then didn’t try to learn.  After the first week I had to ask her to wear her glasses (that she admitted that she needed, but didn’t like to wear) because she couldn’t see how dirty she left everything.  
She constantly complained about the early hours (sometimes 545a), asked for two weeks of vacation within the first 3 months, scheduled appointments during work hours, and asked to workout while she was getting paid.  I accommodated every single request.  
She was very manipulative.  Every day she wanted to talk about how terrible things always happened to her - even as I was literally walking out the door to work (she'd follow me out after I told her that I needed to leave to be on time).  She inappropriately showed me scars on her body while complaining about her many illnesses.  
Then she asked for a raise (2 months in, after calling out sick for 2 weeks!!!), and that is when we realized it wouldn't work out.  
Molly wasn't interested in working hard, and rarely worked a full week as she asked to leave early or just couldn’t make it in because she was sick.  As a single mom new to the area she left me completely high and dry.  
She sent me a TEXT saying that she had completed her last day, which wasn't even TWO DAYS through our agreed upon two weeks notice.  Worst... her final text said “For the record, your daughter is not the angel that you think she is.  She was very grouchy with me.”  My daughter is 22 months old.  Vindictive, disrespectful, and immature.  

I'm a "stay at home mom" for a family of 6 and "working mom" when the season demands it! 
I need help with different things depending on the week. Molly is someone I can depend on to help me with different things as needed each week! Whether it's cleaning bathrooms, windows, floors, laundry organizing etc.

Molly was a god send. She helped me finish packing up and move as well as helped me clean the old house. I am grateful that I found her. Will definitely use her again as I get settled.

Cleaning up very nicely! My sister comes through every now and then and compliments how clean it is. Since my sister is OCD, I trust her judgment.

Molly is a very hard worker. When the kids fall asleep for their daytime nap, she gets up and starts doing laundry and dishes and such, rather than sitting around reading or watching TV. She's a workaholic. I'd definitely recommend!

Molly is very pleasant and friendly, and she is a hard worker.    She goes above and beyond what I expect of her, always offering to do more than asked.     The only reason I'm letting her go is, due to COVID-19, I have not been able to go back to work as early as I expected.

I have to wonder why someone would respond/apply for a posted job and then come back with a rejection of the job once the person is ready to hire & has contacted to schedule service.
It has caused me delays...to now try to find someone asap
this is just another difficulty placed on me by someone else.
You read the ad, so why respond to it if it is something you think you can't 'handle'. 
I'm sorry too.
But you have really upset me....put extra pressure on me, etc.
I've been crying a lot lately and this is just another thing to cause me to start crying again. I just lost my mother and now about to lose him no doubt before the end of 5 months.
