About Molly

I am delighted to recommend Molly M. as an exceptional caregiver. Since the beginning of the year, Molly has been an invaluable support to our family, caring for both my almost 3-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. Molly is highly educated with an expansive vocabulary, which she skillfully uses to engage the children in enriching activities such as singing and reading, significantly boosting my son's language skills. Her patience and encouragement were instrumental in successful independent eating and potty training for my son (which went very well thanks to her prompting and fun). She is always present, active and engaged (never distracted by her phone). She fosters a nurturing environment through her play and interaction with the kids, adapting to their developmental stage. Her ability to support discipline, loveingly set limits and tactfully resolve sibling conflicts has been invaluable to us. Additionally, Molly's gentle and friendly service dog has become a beloved part of our household, providing joy to the kids. Though my son now attends preschool and I need less help, Molly continues to be part of our lives and I wholeheartedly recommend Molly for her exceptional care and dedication.
