Molly is a gem of a human. She has all of the traits one would want in a responsible caregiver: good communication skills, punctual, kind, and goes with the flow. She helped us with my two children (a 5 month old and 22 month old). With a serene demeanor, she kept my 5 month old blissfully engaged and attuned with gentleness to my spunky toddler. She also helped us keep things together: light meal prep, dishes and folding. She knew when and where to pick up the slack and when she didn’t know she came up to ask how she could help. The fun part is I knew she was super smart, and enjoyed the way she interacted with the kids.
