I'm an early childhood educator able to help families with occasional or regular care so that you can work, run errands, go on dates or enjoy a few evenings to yourself. Between 2016 and 2024 I was a lead teacher at a Montessori school with children ages 2. 5 to 6. 5 years old. A priority for me when working with children is supporting their independence, emotional intelligence, and holding structure and firm boundaries. Molly was our beloved one day a week nanny while our full time nanny did an internship. She became an invaluable part of our family and our previously super stranger wary gal was just as excited to see Molly 1x a week as she was to see her normal nanny (who has been with us since our daughter was 1 month old). Molly really helped us realize how much our daughter was capable of and we're all better for it. We're sad to see her go and only hope she'll babysit anytime she's able!
