About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly - empathetic, active, reliable caregiver and household manager. I graduated from Worcester State University in 2018 with a B. A. in Communication & Sociology. I have over a decade of experience in childcare, including two years as a full-time nanny in Weston, as well as roles as a preschool substitute teacher-12 and long-term babysitter. I've also worked as an ABA therapist at BCI, providing 1:1 support for children with autism and behavioral challenges. I've also worked in hospitality, social media, and personal styling, which makes me highly organized, people-focused, and great at managing multiple responsibilities at once. Whether it's creating a safe and engaging environment for kids, running errands, or helping a household run smoothly, I bring warm energy & a strong work ethic to everything I do. I'm currently open to flexible opportunities, nannying, personal assistant work, or a mix of both and I'd love to connect with families in need of a helping hand!
