As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With 17 years of experience and a deep love for fostering positive change, I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for kids. My patient and friendly nature creates an atmosphere where children feel comfortable and supported. I have a college degree and have completed coursework in early childhood development. I'm also a certified teacher and have undergone training in First Aid and CPR. Additionally, I have experience caring for children with special needs. When it comes to communicating with parents, I follow their preferred method to ensure open and effective communication about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I also respect the rules set by parents and work closely with them to maintain a consistent and positive environment for the children in my care.
