I'm Molly, and I am the mother of preteen twins, and one teenager. My kids are kind, hilarious, and brilliant. This sounds like bragging, but I am simply standing by my work. I have nannied off and on for most of my life, and I consider it a huge honor to help people figure out how to exist in our strange, complicated, and beautiful world. It's important to me to validate feelings, while also helping kids realize they have the power to become more resilient. I'm not really into punishment. Consequences? Reflection? For sure, but the goal is always learning and repairing, not punishment. Also worth noting that I am vaccinated, and infected with the woke mind virus. I'm sure this will be a turnoff for some of you, and that's honestly fine. That's why I said it.
