Molly was our nanny for a year and a half and our whole family adored her! She really became part of our family right away. Molly is extremely flexible and was willing to work with our specific family needs, which was so refreshing and took a big load off our shoulders when we needed it. We were able to go to work everyday knowing our kids were being loved and cared for entirely. Molly has excellent communication and we could rely on her fully. If schedules ever changed she would let us know well in advance and would be flexible with us. Any family who gets Molly will be lucky to have her! She is a gem and one of those people you need in your life!
