About Molly

- Hi! My name is Molly, and I have over 4 years of experience working in childcare with a wide range of ages and needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can grow and feel comfortable. I spent 2 years as a summer camp counselor working with children ages 7-16, including those with developmental disabilities. This experience helped me build strong skills in patience, communication, and adapting activities to meet each child's unique needs. I also worked for 2 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an autism clinic, supporting children ages 2-6 with learning, behavior, and daily routines. In addition, I have over a year of infant care experience through nannying and babysitting, so I'm confident caring for younger children as well. I'm reliable, organized, and happy to help beyond childcare-whether that's light housekeeping, running errands, helping with pets, or transportation needs. I'm excited to meet you guys!
