About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly, a former full-time nanny with experience caring for infants and toddlers, including a 6-month-old and 3-year-old together, as well as an 8-month-old. What I love most is getting to know each child's little personality, watching their confidence grow, and celebrating everyday milestones. My background in psychology and behavioral neuroscience has deepened my appreciation for those early years. I'm creative, adventurous, and happiest when we're reading stories, making art, exploring outdoors, or turning an ordinary afternoon into something fun! I've also led swimming, sports, and creative activities for children ages 7-14 through the American Youth Foundation. Above all, I want children to feel safe, happy, understood, and loved. I know how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home, and I value being a dependable, caring presence for the whole family. I'm seeking a consistent role in Dallas and would love to get to know your little ones! :)
