About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly, a former full-time nanny seeking a consistent part-time role in Dallas. I've cared for children from 4 months through age 3, including a 6-month-old and 3-year-old together, as well as an 8-month-old. I also worked with the American Youth Foundation, leading sports, swimming, field games, and creative activities for children ages 7-14. Today, I'm the founder of an early-stage technology company, with a background in psychology and behavioral neuroscience and coursework through Harvard Business School. I love the mentorship inherent in childcare and encouraging curiosity, confidence, independence, and helping kids discover who they are becoming. I'm adventurous, thoughtful, and creative, with interests ranging from anthropology and photography to hiking, travel, museums, and the arts. I'm happiest with a family that values mutual trust and respect and sees their nanny as a trusted extension of the household.
