Hello! My name is Molly, and I am a Speech-Language Pathology graduate student at Ithaca College. While home for my clinical rotation (ending in 2027), I am looking to support families and provide high-quality care for children. With eight years of childcare experience and a strong educational background, I bring both professional training and hands-on experience working with children across a wide range of abilities, diagnoses, and developmental stages. I have been recognized with a Best Student Clinician award for my work with children with special needs, and I understand that no two children are the same. I tailor my care to each child, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be who they are. I have experience supporting behavior regulation, stimulating language through evidence-based strategies such as modeling, and indirect language stimulation in collaboration with families, and working with AAC users.
