I have two years of experience providing home health support, and I understand the importance of helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to build trust with both care recipients and their families. I achieve this by following preferred communication methods with families, providing verbal updates and regular check-ins. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I also provide services such as transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I have some college experience, and I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
