About Molly

I have over two years of experience as a hospice volunteer with Kindred Hospice, where I worked closely with seniors facing dementia, Alzheimer's, and depression. I was often assigned the more challenging patients, as my persistent yet compassionate personality helped me connect with those who had previously declined visits. Through small conversations, gentle encouragement, and creating a warm environment with music, Bible readings, and bilingual support in English and Spanish, I was able to build trust and bring comfort to seniors during their most vulnerable moments. I have also cared for my grandmother in her final days, which gave me personal insight into the importance of patience, empathy, and presence. In addition, I worked as an EMT for two years, monitoring and transporting both senior and infant patients, which further strengthened my skills in providing attentive and reliable care.
