About Molly

With over 6 years of hands-on childcare experience, I have provided consistent, compassionate care for children from infancy through elementary school age. For 4 years, I worked full-time with the same family of four children. My responsibilities included planning and coordinating calendars, creating engaging activity lessons, and providing academic support in math, reading, and homework. I have extensive experience in daily routines, from infant feeding schedules and nap times to potty training and school readiness. I led meal preparation and family mealtimes, handled household tasks, and prioritized outdoor play-spending hours each day on walks, backyard adventures, and pool supervision. I am completing my bachelor's degree online in Elementary Education and Special Education and have completed multiple early childhood education courses. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I also have experience with pet care as well as walking dogs and more.
