About Molly

With 10+ years of experience caring for kids from newborns to age 12 (including twins and groups of up to six), I'm passionate about creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. I'm patient, creative, and love outdoor play, crafts, games, and helping kids learn and grow. I'm comfortable enforcing rules and always communicate with parents however they prefer. I can help with cooking, laundry, carpooling, light cleaning, organizing, travel, and swim supervision. I have a college degree, played Division I soccer, was a GM at Petco for 7 years, and completed 4 years of improv training at The Second City. I now coach and play competitive pickleball at a high level. I love being active, sporty, and creative, and I'd be thrilled to bring that same energy love and enthusiasm to your family!
