About Molly

Bringing a decade of experience in adult and senior care, I'm committed to helping support the well-being and independence in my clients. WA/OR CNA with current CPR, First Aid Training and some ongoing education in Dementia care, Food Handlers certification as well. I provide services such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical management. I can also assist with errands and shopping. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history and adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with patience and empathy. I communicate with families using their preferred method. Pet friendly and excellent references available. Currently work p/t as treatment aid so I could be flexible with days and hours if needed.
