About Molly

Bringing a decade of experience in adult and senior care, I'm committed to helping support the well-being and independence in my clients. I am certified as a Washington/HCA - Home Care Aide, with current CPR, First Aid Training and some ongoing education in Dementia care, OR. Food Handlers certification as well. I provide services such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical management. I can also assist with errands and shopping. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history and adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with patience and empathy. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I do love animals, lived on a ranch with livestock for many years. Excellent references available.
