Hiring Molly has been the best decision I've made! As a mom, you want to know that the person you hire to watch your kids will love and nurture them as much as you do. I can safely say that with Molly I've never had a single doubt! Honesty she makes me want to do more/be better because of how much she does with my son! She's in constant communication with me during the day and sends pictures of what they're doing. She takes our son on walks, plays outside, bakes cookies, colors, paints, reads...you name it and she's probably done if! She has impeccable follow through if you ask her to do anything. Never once has called in or been late! She is such an amazing person! My son ADORES her. I honestly cannot say enough great things about her!
