About Molly

My name's Molly! I, like many young women, found myself babysitting at a young age and continued doing so for many years (while also taking breaks to do other things). The thing I did not expect when I started childcare was how much I would actually love it. I love being around children and their curiosity, ability to learn and grow, their enthusiasm, creativity, the list goes on and on. Working with kids reminds me of all the best, most pure things in life. My philosophy for childcare is that kindness and understanding is a top priority, while also enforcing age-appropriate boundaries. I also think taking time to understand the individual child and families needs is important for understanding the best childcare approach. As far as skills go, I am a decent cook, I can speak basic Spanish, and I grew up skiing! In my free time, I enjoy pickleball, live music, and gardening!
