About Molly

Hi! My name is Molly. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in Speech Pathology and Applied Behavioral Sciences, and a master's degree in Management from Marquette University. Throughout school and beyond, I've worked full-time as a babysitter and nanny, gaining hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids. I also have several years of experience supporting both children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which has strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to adapt to different needs and personalities. I genuinely love spending time with kids-playing, teaching, and helping them grow. I bring a fun, energetic presence to every day and aim for screen-free time unless approved by parents.
