About Molly

I have over 4 years of childcare experience thanks to my past job as a preschool teacher! I recently changed careers & I now work as a substitute teacher in both Arlington ISD & Mansfield ISD. I am both CPR & First aid certified and have over 96 hours of hands-on childcare training & am an expert on early childhood development. I also love to work with kids! I believe having fun while learning is the best way to practice skills & meet milestones. I like working with kids because I love cultivating a positive environment for them to grow and learn. I believe joy & empathy are the best teachers in any aspect of childcare, and as someone who wants to be a teacher one day, I think a love of learning starts as soon as they're born! I started working with kids when I was 10 and had my first of 3 baby siblings! I've had a natural proclivity for working and caring for kids my entire life, but I professionally began working with them when I started my 20s
