About Molly

Parents often describe me as reliable, grounding, and compassionate. Kids have often described me as their "bestest friend"! I always know how to gamify boring tasks, & how to solve problems in ways that benefit everyone. I love to stay on track towards goals & support your child's growth and development in any way I can. I've lived in Boston, New Orleans (Tulane University Business), Denver, NYC, Berlin, Munich, Lisbon, & Maui as a project manager, creative director, and mentor. I love meeting new people & seeing the world from new perspectives. I was Design Lead at BMW for 3 years. But I longed for something more meaningful. I still love design & freelance in my spare time But my true passion is working with kids! I am almost always with kids now or learning more about child development and how to make them feel seen heard & understood while setting good boundaries! Each child teaches me something new about life. It's been such a joy!
