I've spent over 10 years working with children in many ways-babysitting, nannying, at-home teaching during COVID, and now at the Medical University of South Carolina as a Therapeutic Assistant in all the psychiatric units. Hire this young lady NOW! If you are looking for a kind, loving, patient, fun, responsible, trustworthy and nurturing caregiver--- then Molly is the one for you. I hired Molly in August 2020 to care for my son 5 days a week. He was starting virtual kindergarten. I needed someone to support him each day. Molly was with us 5 days a week for 10 months so I came to know her incredibly well. From the moment I met Molly, I was struck by her kind and nurturing nature and incredible maturity. Molly facilitated virtual kindergarten for my son each day. She made sure he completed his work and was was engaged with the teacher. And she was there to answer all of son's questions. She took notes each day and shared with me what he had learned. During class breaks, she would engage our son in everything from Uno, to basketball, to word games. She always went above and beyond! She was a positive force during a difficult time. We quickly came to love Molly and you will, too. Hire her!
