About Mollie

Mollie was such a steady, positive presence in our home, and I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. With a 1 and 3 year old, life felt nonstop, but she handled it all with so much patience, energy, and care. She was amazing with playtime—always engaging, creative, and fully present with the kids. Whether it was getting on their level to play, encouraging imagination, or finding little ways to make everyday moments fun, they absolutely adored her. At the same time, she was great at keeping structure and helping them learn and grow. Mollie was also incredibly reliable when it came to helping with the day-to-day needs of our family. She took the kids to speech therapy appointments, helped with grocery shopping, kept up with laundry, assisted with potty training, and always made sure the house felt tidy and reset. She went beyond just “watching the kids” and truly supported the entire household. Had we not relocated to Indiana, we would have kept Mollie with our family without hesitation. We cannot recommend her enough!
