Hi there! I'm Mollie, and I'm a lifelong caregiver with over 12 years of experience working with children of all ages -- both professionally and in my own big family. As the oldest of six siblings, I started helping with babies and toddlers from a young age and quickly realized how much I loved being part of a child's growth, joy, and day-to-day life. Over the years, I've cared for infants, toddlers, school-aged kids, and preteens in both long-term nanny positions and on an as-needed basis for families. I bring a calm, creative, and reliable presence to any household. I love engaging kids in imaginative play, helping with homework, crafting, or just getting outside for fresh air and movement. I'm also comfortable with routines, meal prep, light housework, and navigating the ups and downs of big feelings with patience and care.
