I have raised my own two children. I worked and stayed home also during their school age years. I started working as a babysitter when I was 12 years old and my mother had a daycare center in our home for nine years. I helped her after school and during summer breaks. I was a nursing student and caring for my elderly parents; 09 and 10 were the worst years. Helping care for my parents was too much and did not succeed at completing Nursing school. I did complete CNA classes, but did not take State Exam. I had sibling help, but I also have a husband and my own household. As of 2017, my Mother and Dad are both deceased. Mother passed in 2014 and Dad in 2016. My Mother had Alzheimer's and my Dad smoked for 70 years! I would like to be of service to others in need. I was born and raised here in Lubbock.
