About Moira

Hello, my name is Moira. I am a veterinary assistant, and plan to apply to vet school in the near future to pursue my goal of becoming a veterinarian. I currently have two dogs, two cats, and two goats of my own. I grew up on a small farm, and have several years of experience with varying species. I am currently specifically looking for more large or exotic animal experience if I could pick some up along the way. I have a knack for senior animals, and love to provide nursing care, my chihuahua is 18 years old! I can perform some grooming, and have supplies to do so if your pet tolerates it. I am also comfortable providing care to pets with medical needs, such as giving insulin, administering subcutaneous fluids, or oral medications. I love to learn and I'm extremely reliable.
