About Miya

Hi! I'm Miya- a bubbly, warm, and dedicated childcare professional who loves working with kids. I'm a full-time daycare lead teacher, and helping little ones learn, grow, and explore brings me so much joy. Childcare is truly my passion, and I work hard to create a fun, safe, and positive environment. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, a non-smoker, and comfortable with pets. Families describe me as patient, reliable, and hands-on. I love getting on the floor to play, planning simple activities, and making kids feel seen and cared for. I can also help with light housekeeping, meals, and keeping routines smooth. I'm currently available for date nights, evening care, and short blocks so parents can run errands, and I already help a few families this way. Starting in the new year, I plan to move to part-time at my current job and look for nanny work in my second half of the day.
