Seemed like a nice person. We met and discussed the details of the position. We arranged for her to meet the kids and they liked her. I hired her for a the job and got everything ready for her to start, bought supplies for her to play with the kids and a car seat, then she backed out at the last minute leaving me in a difficult situation.
