About Mitra

Mitra is one of the most caring and kind people I have ever come across in my life. Having had other unpleasant experiences with child care, Mitra was the best thing that happened to us. She took care of our 2.5 year old daughter for about roughly 4 months since we are moving out of Orange County. She was very understanding of the fact that I had family visiting and with people around the house she was extremely patient and navigated the process of getting to know my daughter really well. The best thing about her is her integrity, punctuality and her kind hearted nature. She is always 10 minutes early for the day and never late. She even had a temporary health issue right after she started with us. While she was figuring out a solution for us, she never once used that as an excuse to come late or not be there for us. She was extremely reliable and even after I insisted her to take a break, she didnt since it would be a great inconvenience for us. I am extremely grateful to her for the way she helped us even though she was in physical pain. Not only with my daughter but she treated me with so much love, understanding and kindness. Hardly 3 days my daughter start to ease out and bonded well with her and now she is her favorite buddy and loves her so much. I was very inspired by her composure patience and how she handled my daughter, had a lot to learn from her methods. More than anything her life journey was greatly inspiring to me and we share great personal bond too. She is constantly updating herself on child care and best practices by reading books and gives me tips too. Another major support was my daughter journey in potty training. Her methods worked instantly and my daughter was absolutely ready. She has made great progress so far since we started potty training with Mitra. We all worked well as a team during the time she was caring for us. She is best that can happen to families needing home child care.
