About Mitra

Mitra was wonderful with our son, J. We have hired her twice already. She is very accessible and responds within an hour if you have any concerns. She makes you feel confident in her abilities and her manner towards our son was very reassuring. She was very patient in listening to my instructions regarding the use of the specific cream for our son's eczema, also in applying anti-itch cream because our son had the habit of scratching his ears when he falls asleep. And also he was having a cough when she took care of him and she did not hesitate taking on the job. Our son tends to vomit when he is very upset and when that happened on the first time that she took care of him she kindly cleaned up the mess and we cannot even tell that the accident happened. She was very gracious when we got home one hour past the agreed time and willingly took on the job when we offered to hire her again. The second time we hired her, she told us that she was able to calm down our son when he was about to cry. She also willingly learned how to use the app for our baby cam so she can keep an eye on our son while he sleeps. She was also able to give him his snacks and his milk with no issues. We would highly recommend her and would definitely hire her on a regular basis.
