I'm driven by a desire to support well-being and independence. I provide home health, light housekeeping, and assistance with errands and shopping. I'm experienced in dementia care and medical management. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or behavioral changes with care. I also incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports and by following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important to me.
