Hi family! My name is Mitchelle or Mimi, and I'm a dedicated childcare provider with over 10 years of experience as a nanny, classroom assistant and early childhood caregiver. I also have three years of hands-on experience in ABA(applied behavioral analysis), where I've worked closely with children with developmental delays, autism, and ADHD. I am CPR and first aid certified, and I am confident creating a safe structured and supportive environment that fits each child unique needs whether helping with routines, managing behaviors or encouraging, social and emotional growth, I bring patience, consistency, and care to everything I do .
