About Misty

My name is Misty, and I am dedicated to supporting families with special needs, an area in which I specialize. I am a licensed Registered Behavioral Therapist with experience in both professional and personal settings. My passion for this work is deeply rooted in my personal experience, as I grew up with a brother who has autism and later developed a traumatic brain injury. I have collaborated closely with families to foster happier and healthier lives for individuals who often face challenges, including high rates of depression. My approach is to provide a safe and supportive environment while handling unexpected situations with calmness and rationality. I hold several certifications, including CPR and First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), Seizure Awareness and First Aid, and the RBT certification. Please note that while I am certified, I will not be providing RBT services independently, as this is not permitted by law
