About Misty

Hi! I'm Misty, and I've been working in childcare in a variety of roles since 2012. I have experience working as a daycare teacher, a nanny, and even a teacher at a cooking school for kids! I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from 3 months to 11 years, and I value the unique challenges and milestones that come with every stage of development. My approach to childcare is calm, patient, and kind, which I believe helps build a strong foundation of trust and comfort, not only with the children in my care, but their families, too! Structure is important to me, and I love playing games that exercise the mind and doing crafts that spark creativity. I am CPR and First Aid certified and always prioritize safety in addition to fun and learning! Whether you're looking for someone to snuggle your baby, keep up with your energetic toddler, or provide structure and help foster independence for your older kiddo, I'd love to be a part of your child(ren)'s day!
