About Misha
Experience: 10 yrs
Currently, 40+years experience. Christian woman working as a Personal Support Person for the past 13 years I work with Special Needs and support them by taking them out in the community to work on skills that they may want to learn. I also take care of seniors on and off. Looking for part time work. I have also In the past, worked in the senior field for 40+years. I enjoy working for the elderly and believe it takes a very special person to be in this type of career. I love helping people and even going beyond just caring, to also taking the time to listen and showing compassion and Interest in them. I have experienced that to be true and good at what you do, you must go beyond just being an aide and provide compassion, patience and quality time as well. I was a dental assistant / receptionist /CNA for 15 years PT. I am looking for part time work. Preferably in companionship and meal prep. My rate is $20 an hour. $22. 50 on the weekends. I am not vaccinated. However I will wear a mask.

Misha provided primary home care for my mother during her final years as she dealt with Parkinson's. My father was home with her, however, he could not fully take care of her needs. Misha made sure my mother took her medicine, had meals, assisted with personal care - bathing, dressing, etc. Misha was always friendly, professional and went out of her way to do the extra things for both my parents to keep their spirits up. She came up with several non-strenuous physical games that my mom could participate in (and enjoyed tremendously) such as bouncing a beach ball back and forth. It was such a good feeling to see my mother laughing and enjoying such happiness. Misha also helped with arrangements for scheduling other care providers and making sure meal times were covered, and that my dad had the opportunity to go out and run errands. She provided not only care for my mother but friendship for my father as well. If I had the need, I would definitely hire Misha again!!
