I worked for a company sitting with the elderly where, after only 5 months of employment, I earned the CAREgiver of the Month Award. I worked with 40+ clients during my time there. I've since ventured out on my own and have been very successful the past 6 years. I have experience with personal care assistance, bathing/showering, dressing/grooming, transferring, toileting/incontinence care, feeding and supervision for dementia. I provide home assistance, including light housekeeping, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, shopping/errands, transportation, overall safety and in-home pet care. I'm caring, honest, patient and reliable. I have transportation and I love animals. I'm also a non smoker. I was a store manager for 23 yrs and wanted something more rewarding. I chose caring for others as my new profession and I love it! I currently have clients I have been with for almost 3 years. While I am available MWF during the day, I'm also available TWTh overnites as well.
