About Mirsa

Caring for children is an art of the heart. My greatest strength is connecting with each child, recognizing their cues, and helping them feel safe, loved, and understood. I adapt to each child's needs with patience and sound judgment, nurturing language, confidence, and independence through routines and purposeful play. I keep children's spaces safe, clean, and organized, and communicate openly with parents. My experience includes 18 years as a certified preschool teacher in my home country, 3 years in Montessori, and 5 years as a private nanny for newborns, infants, and toddlers. As a mother of three and a grandmother, I bring warmth and dedication to every child's care. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification. I am registered with Washington MERIT and complete ongoing STARS training. Spanish is my native language, and I continue to strengthen my English.
