With two years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes a college degree, and I am fluent in Spanish. I provide respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with grace. I understand the importance of knowing your loved one's preferences and history. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I have a car for errands and appointments. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I hope to bring comfort and peace of mind to your family, one visit at a time.
