About Miriam

As a caregiver for the past 20 years, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With a calm and imaginative nature, I create a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore and learn. I prioritize clear and open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and discussing any concerns during pickup. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. My background includes some high school, as well as early childhood education coursework and early child development training. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and have experience working with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time and am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
