Miriam has been helping to care for my family member who has ALS. She helps out with daily activities of living including toileting, repositioning, and use of various equipment. We usually have her on overnight shifts and have also done a couple of daytime shifts with her. Miriam is absolutely amazing! She is caring, conscientious, dependable, and diligent. She's always on time and she has an excellent memory for detail. Miriam is eager to learn new things and very attentive to making sure my family member is comfortable, follows through on the care plan, and is friendly and personable. She is also proactive in helping out around the house. I strongly recommend Miriam!
