About Miriam

Looking for jobs for the fall! I'm an educator and nanny who recently relocated from Chicago to Brooklyn. I am trained according to the Emilia Reggio philosophy and have worked with children ages 2 months- 15. I view caregiving as an opportunity to create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel safe and free to explore. I prioritize open communication and growth, and I never raise my voice unless it's a matter of immediate safety. Outside of caregiving, I'm also a poet and filmmaker who loves to discover new places and spend as much time outdoors as possible. I'm open to both part-time and full-time positions, and happy to travel with families when needed. I'm a licensed and safe driver and more than willing to help with errands and transportation.
