Mirella was interviewed via phone & had a great in person interview to care for our elderly mother. She seemed happy to start & agreed on a time and start date. However, the day she was supposed to start, she did not show. We tried calling & sent an email to see what happened. We did not receive any communication. It's unfortunate. As a result of her no show, no one was there to care for our mother. We had to scramble quickly to get someone over there to help. This was not a good experience for us or our mother. While Mirella seemed nice & a good fit for the position, her not showing up was unprofessional.
