Mirella is as close to family as we could have hoped to find in a caregiver. We hired her for our first son 2 years ago. She has been full time with us ever since - she now cares for our six month old son and 2.5 year old son. She is respectful of any parenting method that we have adopted, including our screen free household during the day. Mirella is extremely loving with our boys, I'm so very grateful to have found her.
