About Mirella

Hello, hopeful parent/guardian. My name is Mirella and I have been working for 3 years as a paid childcare employee. This has led me to pursue a career in nursing. Growing up with a mother in nursing, I quickly learned just how much empathy, passion and discipline was necessary to provide proper care to a patient. I'd like to think I bring this same mindset to childcare. In my free time, I enjoy music, reading and any sorts of arts and crafts. Pets (of any size or species) are no problem. If you have a furry friend, rest assured that they will be part of the fun! The way I would describe my style of care is "Matching the Vibe!". I have a very flexible personality/energy level that is based on the child(ren) and their needs. This is especially true with children that have special needs. As a cousin to an Autistic, Blind and Deaf boy, being accommodating to every childs emotional or mental needs is very important to me and I understand how crucial this is. I hope to meet you soon!
